It has been a long time coming but you can now pay for fines and fees online through Encore. Simply log into your account with you card number and your PIN and you will see the option to pay using E-Commerce. Any fine listed must be paid in full and there is a minimum amount of $1.00. No charge to use this service. See staff for help with this convenient service.
